We provide free estimates for all of our work. Please call or e-mail us
to arrange a site visit or to discuss your options. All work
includes the following procedures:
- Site preparation and clearing
- All forms including curved surfaces
- Choice of finish (smooth, broomed, or rock-salt)
- Control joints for crack reduction
- Sod cutting for replacement
Estimates On-line
If you would like a rough estimate over the phone or via e-mail, please
provide the following information:
- Description of area (i.e. existing patio, new sidewalk,
existing enclosed porch, etc.)
- Dimensions of the area (i.e. 18'x23', 4'x35')
- Type of technique desired (i.e. two-color StainCrete using
20" checkerboard pattern, one color ThinCrete with edge border using
a different color, one color SprayDeck, etc.)
Other factors that may impact the final costs:
- Is access to area restricted? (i.e. will the concrete need to
be pumped due to access limitations)
- Will existing concrete or asphalt need to be removed?
- Will the new slab need to support a permanent structure?
(i.e. you plan on building a covered or enclosed porch)
- Will the new slab be thicker than 4"?
- Will the site need excessive preparation to improve grading?
